We greatly appreciate the personal touch of a email followed by a phone call in such a rapid manner. We further appreciate that our ELP quickly and professionally made himself available to us. We felt that he made our issue his personal issue and taught us how to advance and correct previous mistakes in this area. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity

I can't remember how or how quickly ELP contacted me but if I had been disappointed I probably would remember. Was a few minutes late for our appointment but had called receptionist to have her let me know. ELP advised me that due to pre-existing conditions I wont qualify for HDHP and HSA at this time. The alternatives are too expensive. I havent decided what Im going to do yet.

ELP went above and beyond the call of duty. I needed some advice regarding COBRA insurance - which is beyond the scope of the ELP. Neverthless, even though he would have no opportunity to provide me with any short-term solution, he reserached my problem and quickly got back to me with an answer. I was very impressed with his samaritan's heart.

Due to a preexisting condition, at this time COBRA insurance is my nest choice. However; my son, is in the market for health insurance. Ben made contact with my son, and they will be meeting at a later date. Thank you Dave, due to this experience I will certainly use other Endorsed Local Providers in the future.

My ELP was extremely helpful in guiding me to find the right health insurance for my situation. I'm limited in my options but the ELP helped me to see that there was at least one really good option for me. As for Life Insurance: I am considering it. I'm just trying to get one or two other things sorted out first. I know its important!

Ben Howell was very prompt in making the initial contact. He was understanding when I explained that meeting with him immediately was not an option. He followed up with additional calls over a period of time at appropriate intervals to keep in contact but was not overbearing and demanding. Our initial meeting went well. He seems very knowledgeable and presented information based on our defined future retirement needs.

The ELP program is AWESOME! Not once did Ben Howell of One Source Services try to sell me something I did not need. He simply counseled me about health insurance and what I should do based upon MY circumstances. Bless you and thank you!

I want to praise his service! He explained everything in detail and would not quote me insurance due to the fact I have a great benefit at work and he could not compete with it. We discussed HSA policies to get me ready for that in the future so I can make that step when debt free and with the savings in place. I would and have recommended him to everyone.

The ELP was very helpful. The ins.didn't meet my needs, my employer's ins is suitable to my needs . But I will tell others that need ins. about the ELP experience. I do believe that God was behind it all the time. Don't you?

I thought he was very professional and knowledgeable about his product. Explained my options very well. I was looking for health insurance as my current employer was not sure if he was going to be able to continue my employment so I was looking for options. Will not be currently purchasing but will consider in the futuer if something happens with my work situation.

I was very impressed whith his knowledge of the upcoming Obama health plan and how it will impact me. Unfortunately the ELP couldnt help me at this time because of a pre existing condition but I would certainly check back with him if things in the insurance industry change so that I will be eligible for some kind of affordable coverage.
