Dental Insurance
We only do dental
insurance in conjunction with a major medical policy. One of the
policies that we use has the following features:
• 100%
Preventive $50.00 deductible one per lifetime. Once met one time
you never have another deductible for preventive care.
• Up
to 65% on other "Basic" services such as fillings and
extractions
• Up
to 50% on "Major" services such as oral surgery and
root canals.
• Max
annual benefit up to $1,500 combined per person
• Any
Dentist!
• No
Waiting Period!
Premiums range
from $33 (single) to $105 (family) per month. Lower premiums available
if reduced benefits or on a group dental plan. Group plans require
only two participating members. |
