How to Apply
Blue
Cross:
1. Select desired
coverage, then go to next page.
2. Click "Calculate Rates"
3. Click
"Save"
4. Page down to bottom of the "terms and conditions" and click,
"Accept."
5. Select a password and ID
6. Click "See Proposal"
7. Page down to "Enroll Now". Click. This allows you to either download
and print out an application to or submit online (Note: the Personal
Blue High Deductible apps must be printed out currently.)
Email, fax(864-987-9337) or mail the completed application to us. Mailing address is One Source Services, LLC 420 The Parkway, Suite L Greer SC 29650.
Other Carriers :
Simply click
Apply, page through and complete the pages (click Save and Continue
on each page), select Payment Method and submit. Very easy. Takes
just minutes.
